Meet Colin

 

 

Colin joined TITAN Containers  in August 2017 and was given the main responsibility of hire/sale of ISO containers in Dublin and the east of the country. 

 

We opened up our self-storage site and container depot in Dublin. I have been responsible for the running and upkeep of this site in the capital along with our newly opened sites in both Kildare (March 2020) and Portlaoise (December 2020).

 

 

TITAN is expanding and we’ve got the extra space for you. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

SHIPPING AND STORAGE CONTAINER DIMENSIONS

Standard shipping container dimensions (L x B x H) are:

ISO standard 20' x 8' x 8'6" - 40' x 8' x 8'6" - High Cube 40' x 8' x 9'6" - These dimensions are the same irrespective of the container type.

Storage containers come with the same and alternative dimensions including:

6', 8', 10' and between 10' and 40' long, 5' to 8' wide and between 6' 4" and 9'6" high

ISO/CSC SHIPPING AND STORAGE CONTAINERS


Length: Almost all containers are 20' or 40' (6m/12m) with very few 10' (3m), 30' (9m) and 45' (13.6m)

Width: 8' (2.45m) is standard though in Europe there are a few that are pallet width = 2.50m

Height: Standard 8'6" (2.59m) and High Cube 9'6" (2.90m) are normal

 

STORAGE CONTAINERS (NORMALLY WITHOUT CSC)


There are smaller sizes than 10' (3m) and these typically have lower heights and widths than ISO standard dimensions

There are also non-ISO lengths between 10' and 40' featuring ISO standard heights/widths
