Location: Ireland

For families facing difficult personal circumstances, a home can be much more than four walls. It can be a place of safety, stability and a fresh start.

That is the idea behind DIY SOS, the heart-warming RTÉ ONE series that brings together an extraordinary army of volunteers, tradespeople, suppliers, contractors, friends and neighbours to transform the homes and lives of families across Ireland.

Every build is made possible through people giving their time, skills and materials to families who need a helping hand. And behind the scenes, there is a huge amount of equipment, materials and coordination required to make each transformation happen.

That’s where TITAN comes in.

Keeping the DIY SOS circus organised

TITAN has been a series supplier for DIY SOS for the past two series and will have supported eight builds by the end of 2026.

For each build, TITAN provides two 20ft containers and an office unit. The containers are used to store building materials, tools and equipment throughout the project, keeping everything together, organised and secure when the teams leave for the night.

The office unit provides something equally important: a dedicated space for the production team to coordinate the many moving parts involved in each build.

“We are a big operation and sometimes refer to ourselves as the circus,” the DIY SOS team explains. “TITAN helps us stay organised.”

With several builds often taking place at the same time, having secure storage and a reliable workspace is essential to keeping everything running smoothly.

A reliable partner behind the scenes

Each DIY SOS transformation depends on the generosity of suppliers and volunteers. Without their support, these life-changing projects simply wouldn’t be possible.

TITAN’s involvement provides the practical infrastructure needed to keep the builds moving, while also giving the DIY SOS team the flexibility to respond when things get particularly busy.

If a project requires additional storage because deliveries or activity suddenly increase, TITAN is always ready to help.

“It makes a massive difference for us. We can keep track of everything and know that everything is safe when we leave for the night.”

The team also values TITAN’s flexibility when the challenges of a build extend beyond the expected.

“Access isn’t always easy for us, but the guys are always willing to work with us and help us figure it out. We genuinely couldn’t do it without them!”

Making a difference, one home at a time

For more than two series, TITAN has been proud to play a small but important role in helping DIY SOS deliver life-changing home transformations for families across Ireland.

Through TITAN Impact, we support organisations and initiatives that make a meaningful difference in the communities where we operate.

Sometimes that means providing financial support. Sometimes it means donating our containers and expertise.

And sometimes, it’s about simply being there with a steady pair of hands when a community needs them most.

We’re proud to support DIY SOS and everyone involved in bringing these extraordinary transformations to life.
